Form:GLXRJGEN.FMB - Generate Recurring Journals

Symptoms

Define recurring journals with effective Start and End dates.
When trying to generate journals the current effective period does not show up in the list of values.

Example :

Today is March 15
Define a recurring journal entry with an effective date of 15 April.
Attempt to generate the recurring journal for April. April does not appear in the list of values in the generate recurring journals form.
Whereas if the same recurring journal is defined with an effective date of April 1st, you can see April in the list of values in the generate recurring journals form.
The same is not true for dates prior to March 15 ( today ).
