Symptoms
INVTTMTX Miscellaneous Transaction In Inventory, "Source Projects" LOV shows projects belonging to all operating units and expenditure orgs.
You expect the LOV to show the projects only for the operating unit attached to the inventory org from where the transactions are entered.
1) Set up user defined Project Issue type transaction
2) Navigation: Transactions>Miscellaneous Transactions
Enter Type "Project Issue" (User Defined)
In the transaction lines, enter the Item, Subinventory, Locator, UOM, Quantity and Account.
The LOV for "Source Project" column pulls the projects for all the operating units and not just the ones attached to the operating unit of the inventory org from which transaction is being entered.
Additionally, PJM Project Manufacturing is not enabled for the organization, thus you have no setups in place to allow for cross projects accross OUs:
Using Project Manufacturing Super User Responsibility in the desired Organization
Navigation) Projects > Setup > PJM Organization Parameters (Form Name : PJMFDOGP)
In the General tab check the Enable Project References flag is not checked - not enabled
Also, your setups show Project Costing Implementation Options > Cross charge as "allow cross charges to all operation units within legal entity" set as "null"
