Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP): The Task Views Display Exceptions (Doc ID 1450451.1)

Symptoms

On the Field Service Engineer Portal, when attempting to select different views from the FSTP dashboard, the following errors/issues occurs.

a) When selected "Open tasks" view, nothing happens.

b) When selected the "Completed tasks" view, below mentioned exception is displayed.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException:
oracle.jbo.domain.DataCreationException: JBO-25009: Cannot create an object of type:java.math.BigDecimal with value:01/01/2011 1:11 PM

c) Created a personalized view: "Scheduled Tasks" with the assignment status=Scheduled and when viewed the results, getting the error:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NumberFormatException:
