Work Confirmation Approval Notification Not Showing Details, Missing Total Value, And Showing Wrong Total Progress When Cancel Done Previously (Doc ID 1450830.1)

Symptoms

Work Confirmation approval notifications

 1. (WC_APPROVE_JRAD, item type WCAPPRV) that are received in the mail do not contain any header and line details. The issue does not occur for notifications that are viewed through the E-Business Suite.

2.  They miss the value for field 'total'

3. Work Confirmation total progress is showing wrong value, even though it is cancelled.  While calculating the Total Progress completion % it is considering the rejected/cancelled values which should no longer be counted.
