Symptoms
When Forward Document function is performed, the following errors are raised:
FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001
When form is closed, several additional errors are displayed and the session becomes invalid:
Error APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 3127 in audfrm
Cause: audfrm failed due to ORA-03127: no new operations allowed until the active operation ends
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: being fnd_singon.audit_form(:l,:r,:a,:f,:s,:e);end
