Symptoms

On : 12.0.4 version, Oracle Time and Labor

When attempting running the Transfer time from OTL to BEE for non-exempt employees is run,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The system could not adjust for the amount of overtime as defined by the rules. The overtime will need to be manually calculated and the appropriate hours type entered."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will while running the Transfer time from OTL to BEE for non-exempt employees

1. Run the concurrent request: Transfer time from OTL to BEE

2. Receive error:

Error Encountered:
The system could not adjust for the amount of overtime as defined by the
rules. The overtime will need to be manually calculated and the appropriate
hours type entered.
