Previous Year Rates Display Zero in the Current Benefits Page in Self Service

On : version, Self Service Benefits

On the Benefits Enrollment page, the previous year rates are showing as zero on the Current Benefits tab. It seems the Coverage End Date conflicts with rate and it is not showing the rates correctly.


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to responsbility Employee Self-Service and click Benefits.
  2. Navigate to the Benefits Enrollment page and click the Current Benefits tab.
  3. Rates for the current year, after making annual enrollment changes, are shown as zeroes.
