The Task Notes Form Hides Behind The Service Request Form Immediately After Being Displayed (Doc ID 1452004.1)

On 12.1.2/12.1.3:

On the Service Request form:

When changing the severity for a service request and click on Task Notes button without saving the SR, the Task Notes form gets displayed for a while and immediately hides behind the SR form.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an SR which has a task
2. Change anything on the SR like Severity from 2 Urgent to 3 Not Urgent (don’t save)
3. After the changes don’t save the SR
4. Click on Task Notes within the Task tab
