Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,

When attempting to create validation template for attribute Customer
the following error occurs.

ERROR

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 24345 in fdlget
Cause: fdlget failed due to ORA-24345: A Truncation or null fetch error occurred.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was...

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Superuser responsibility
2. Navigate to Setup -> Rules -> Defaulting
3. Query for entity: Order Header
4. Click Defaulting Condition Templates
5. Enter new template, enter Attribute: Customer, Validation Operation: '=', Click Value String LOV, click Sold_To LOV, see error.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot create validation template for attribute Customer.
