Move Order Pick Slip Report Not Allocating As Per Requested Date (Doc ID 1452423.1)

On 11.5.10 / 12.2 -
In Oracle Inventory, in the Move Order Pick Slip Report, Move orders are not getting allocated as per Requested Date.

1.1. - Create an item I1 in M1                          
1.2. - Perform Miscellaneous receipt of 4 to have limited on-hand.
1.3. - Create & Approve the Move Order M1 of Type Move Order Transfer with Requested Date as Mar 29th with two lines for the Item I1.  The Requested Quantity & Requested date of these two lines is 4 and Apr 2nd, 4 and Mar 29th respectively.              
1.4. - Create & Approve the Move Order M2 of Type Move Order Transfer with Requested Date as  Mar 12th with two  lines for the Item I1. The Requested Qty &  Requested date of these two lines is 4& Mar 12th, 4 & Mar 9th respectively.                
1.5. - Run the Move Order Pick Slip  concurrent program with Parameter  Allocate Approved Lines as Yes.            
1.6. - You can see the quantity doesa not allocate as expected to the second line of Move Order M2.
