Contact Number Is Incorrect In Results Region Of Find SR Window If Contact Type Is Customer (Doc ID 1452751.1)

Symptoms

On release 12.1.2:

The Contact Number for a service request as displayed in the Find Service Request form results grid,
is different from the Contact Number on the Request Form after opening the SR.

Steps to Reproduce

- Query a service request in the Find Service Request form
- Make note of Contact Number
- Open the service request
- Make note of Contact Number field.
