Zengin format is commonly used to capture receipt information in Japan.This document provides a sample Zengin format which can be used to import receipts via Oracle Receivables Lockbox.
Note the following:
- Zengin format shown in this document is not the same as the seeded Zengin transmission format.
To process receipts in Zengin format shown here, Oracle Receivables Lockbox will first create a temporary data file using the data you provide in this Zengin format and converts it to the required format defined in Zengin transimission format $AR_TOP/bin/arzeng.ctl.
- It does not have the information for lockbox number
- The date format uses Japanese imperial year.
