Symptoms

On : 12.0.4 version, Pricing, Discounting & Charges

When attempting to enter an order line which is associated to a new formula
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
*STATUS_CODE :=FER
*STATUS_TEXT :=Formula: test
Step Number: 4
This Factor List returned null value.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pricing -> Pricing Formula -> Formula Set Up
formula name = test
formula: ((1*4)+2)*3
step 1 numeric constanct = .02
step 2 numeric constanct = 1
step 3 pricing attribute, list price
step 4 factor list, component = 3

Factor list setup
base pricing attr context, base pricing attr, operator, value from, value to, adjustment
pricing attribute, list price, between, 0, 10, 1.5
pricing attribute, list price, between, 11,25, 1.2

Assoc pricing attr context, assoc pricing attr, operator, value from, value to
pricing attribute, list price, between, 0, 10
pricing attribute, list price, between, 11,25

2. Run build formula package

3. Orders, Returns -> Sales Orders
  Enter a new order line and save.
