It provides a direct channel to dedicated Support Engineers who are E-Business Suite patching experts. This provides you with a single destination to resolve your patch-related issues.

Start engaging with the new community:
- Make theE-Business Patching Community your first place to look for information and problem resolution for your patching needs.
- Search for information by Patch Number - you will quickly find a summary of information for that patch.
- Create a thread or discussion to ask new questions.
- In addition to community member participation, the threads will be monitored and answered by the newly dedicated Oracle E-Business Suite patching team of engineers.
