Symptoms
After upgrading from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3:
When searching for documents to receive on RCVRCERC form the following error occurs
APP-PO-14142: rcv_receipts_eh.event-000: ORA-0000: normal,
successful completion
Cause: A SQL error has occurred in
rcv_receipts_eh.event. The SQL error is ORA-0000: normal,
successful completion.
Action: Take note of both these error numbers and the actions you were trying to perform. Contact
your system administrator for further assistance.

Steps
Purchasing Superuser --> Receiving --> Receipts
Select an Organization
Enter a PO# on Find expected Receipts screen and click on Find.
It has been checked that the purchase order has valid receiving routing.
