Symptoms

Create Accounting - Assets fails due to the following errors:

1 95261 The account code combination ABC.99.99.ZZ.99999.1412.999.99 is invalid. Please inform your system administrator
   or support representative that: 

  Value 99 for the flexfield segment Division does not exist in the value set ABC_XYZ_KF_AFF_DIVISION.

2 95261 The account code combination ABC.99.99.ZZ.99999.1610.999.99 is invalid. Please inform your system administrator
   or support representative that:
   Value 99 for the flexfield segment Division does not exist in the value set ABC_XYZ_KF_AFF_DIVISION.

Similar error is encountered for other events.
