Symptoms

On : 12.1.3

Service Contract entitlements are not downloaded to the Mobile Field Service client. 


STEPS
-----------------------

From Mobile dashboard
Select a service request and click 'show details'.
Selected item link. 
Select contracts tab
Click 'show details'
The  entitlements  section shows no entitlements
