Symptoms
When attempting to run the Cost Rollup process for a legal entity, the following error occurs in the View Error Messages form.
Bill level generation failed. Process aborted.
Log file of the Cost Rollup concurrent request shows:
Mrp Bill Error: report_cycle-(MR_CYCLEITEMS)-Cycle: ingredient <xxxx> --> product <yyyy> <date> <time>
Mrp Bill Error: MR_CYCLEITEMS item1: <xxxx>, item2: <yyyy>, formula: <zzzz> <date> <time>

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Opm Financials>Standard costs>Cost Rollup
2. Check concurrent manager log file for errors
3. Query the Cost Rollup reference number and go to Actions > View Error Messages.
