Advanced Search By Contract Functionality Is Not Working In Install Base (Doc ID 1453538.1)

Actual Behavior
Contract Number LOV returns no results for Contract Number which returns instances when used in Quick Find and Advanced instance search

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Installed Base User > Use Advance Search
2. Go to Advanced Search page
3. Click on the arrow against Contract so that it expands to show Contract Number and Short Description.
4. Enter partial or full Contract Number and click on 'Go'.
