Symptoms

When attempting to invoice some lines, the following error occurs.


ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.OE_LINE_UTIL", line 10802
ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_Line_Fullfill Procedure Process_Fulfillment_Set

User-Defined Exception in Package OE_Line_Fullfill Procedure Process_Fulfillment

Workflow activity Fulfill has failed. Please fix the errors and retry the activity from the Order Form or the Workflow Monitor.
