Customer Form Issue: Customer Site (Business Purpose) - Accounts Is Not Multi-Org Access Enabled. It Displays Data Only for the Value set in Profile Option: MO: Operating Unit Only (Doc ID 1454709.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to add a Receivable account, using the site Business purpose page (ArAcctSiteOverviewPG), However, the list of values for balancing segment do not show all available values as per the Multi-org access, instead it just shows values available for the Operating Unit defined in Profile Option: MO: Operating Unit.


Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Customers > Customers > Query for a Customer
Select an address which belongs to the OU which is not defined in MO: Operating Unit profile, but the security profile has provided access to that OU.
Go to Site details
Go to Business Purpose
Go to Accounts
