Enter Debit Authorization - Unable To Update Customer Address (Doc ID 1454802.1)

Symptoms

A bank account is created for a customer.
After the account is created, a Debit Authorization is entered with all the details supplied except the customer address.
The Debit Authorization is saved and then updated.

Using Update Authorization, add the customer address from LOVs.

After saving the changes, find that the data is not actually updated.
The value of column cust_addr_id from table IBY_DEBIT_AUTHORIZATIONS is 0.
