Immediate Destination And Immediate Origin Field Displays Zeroes In NACHA Output (Doc ID 1455097.1)

In the generic Template (IBYDE_N_US_en_GENERIC.rtf.), the Immediate Destination value field and Immediate Origin value field display zeroes in NACHA Output. The Payment is associated to a Bank which has the Bank Details defined (Routing Number and Account Number). The XML File generated is not providing the elements for the Payment process to display the fields.

Expect that the Immediate Destination and Immediate Origin would be successfully populated from the XML extract that gets automatically generated by the Format Payment Instructions concurrent request.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send Generic NACHA output file to the bank.
