Collectors are not assigned for Territories if '%' is used in between condition for the Customer Name Range Matching attribute.

The aim is to assign collectors based on the customer name > for example:

Collector 1  - all customer with name starting with A-M, 

Collector 2, get L-Z

Two Collections Territories are created,  the matching attribute used is 'Customer Name Range'

Territory 1 has  Matching Attribute   Customer Name Range  Between 'A%' and 'M%'

Territory 2 has  Matching Attribute   Customer Name Range  Between 'L%' and 'Z%'

Collectors are not assigned after running:

1.   Synchronize Territory Assignment Rules (STAR) Program

2.   IEX Territory Assignment
