Goal
During the creation of new address from iStore, when user enters the state in lower case, iStore creates the address and allows the user to checkout.
However, in the customer master, when the same address/account site is queried we see the below error:
Value Fl for the flexfield segment State does not exist in the value set HZ_US_STATES.
In the example, user entered 'Fl' for state Florida. Which should Ideally be FL.
