R12: Revenue lines exist in XLA_AE_HEADERS and XLA_AE_LINES Tables, but are not interfacing to GL (Doc ID 1455465.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Revenue

Revenue lines have TRANSFER_STATUS_CODE = A.  Even though data exists in XLA_AE_HEADERS and XLA_AE_LINES tables, there is no data in GL.  

The GL_TRANSFER_STATUS_CODE in XLA_AE_HEADERS shows 'N' and ACCOUNTING_ENTRY_STATUS_CODE of F (Fina Accounted) for the problematic draft revenues.
