Goal
What is causing the user's to receive an error message about secured values? Example: When changing the requester on the requisition or purchase order distribution an error message is showing: 'Value Secured'. When entering a requisition - or purchase order - the error message is seen when building the charge account - 'Value Secured'. The Value Secured is usually followed by a custom error message.
