Symptoms
Dispatch Center: When attempting to find a task using "Find" in the Dispatch center the following errors are returned.
APP-JTF-210604: Program error: Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
jtf_grid.populate package reports error:
An unexpected error occurred in jtf_grid_populate
grid <TASK_GRID.TASK_BEAN>
datasource: <CSF_DC_TASK_GRID>

STEPS

1. Login to Oracle Apps
2. R) Field Service Manager -> Dispatch Center -> Click Find tasks -> Click the Search button.
The above mentioned error message is displayed.
