Receipts Application Form (ARXRWMAI) Hangs When Trying To Save Apply (Doc ID 1456647.1)

Symptoms

Performance issue applying receipts to invoices.  The form hangs when clicking save.

Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Receipts > Receipts Summary > Click find
Enter customer number on the customer number field (12ZGRO000014) > click find button
Customer receipts will appear,
Find an unapplied receipt > click the Search and Apply button
Click apply > All invoices will be applied
Click save button . System hangs

The SQL that seems to hang is as follows:
