Poor Performance With Item Instance List Of Values On Item Instance Tab In Charges

Performance issue with the Instance Number LOV on the Charges tab.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new charge line for a service request.
- In the Action tab choose a Service Activity and an Item.
- On the Item Instance tab search an item instance in the Item Instance field, by opening the list of values and searching with '%'.
this search takes more than 2 minutes.
- Using a part of the instance number, like 10% improves the performance.
