R12: Is It Possible To Choose Between The Dashboard Window or Profile Window To Open from the Service Request Form? (Doc ID 1456835.1)

After upgrade to 12.1.3, the 'Dashboard' button on the Service Request form header does not open the Profile Group Window anymore that is setup for
the "Create Service Request' module and the responsibility on the Customer Profiles - Preferences tab

Message received:

"An active dashboard group does not exist for this form.
Please use the Customer Profile Setup window to specify an active dashboard group as described in
the Oracle TeleService Implementation Guide."

Is the Profile windows not available anymore in R12?
