Transaction Form Issue: Unable To Change The Transaction Date Unless Bill To Information is Entered

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In the transactions form, you are not allowed to change the transaction date unless you enter the customer information first.
Once you enter the Bill To Information, the form will allow changes to the transaction date.
