Customer Not Found When Using Name Search In Quoting (Doc ID 1457136.1)

  On HTML User Interface

Find some customers, when searched either by name or account number in Quoting, are not found.
When using the Account Number LOV, that same customer is found and can be applied to a quote.

Expect customers search retrieves the customer details when searched either by name or account number in Quoting.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:-
- Create new quote
- Click Customer Name Search - enter customer Account Number - click Go - no records returned
- Same search results if a valid customer name is used
- Return to main quote screen
- Enter Customer Account number - click LOV to display - customer is displayed
