Symptoms

In Location form(PERWSLOC.fmb) when attempting to save the location details, the following error occurs.

ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-10502: index HR_LOCATIONS_N1 does not exist

ORA-06512: at "CTXSYS.DRUE", line 160
ORA-06512: at "CTXSYS.DRVDML", line 492
ORA-06512: at "HR.DR$HR_LOCATIONS_N1TC", line 1
ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger
'HR.DR$SR_LOCATIONS_N1TC'
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_LOCATION_API", line 470


Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

      1. Login to HRMS Responsibility.

      2. Navigate to Location Form.

      3. Try creating a new Location.

      4.  Receive error:

ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-10502: index HR_LOCATIONS_N1 does not exist
