Symptoms

When running the JEBEDV07_XMLP module: Belgian VAT Sales Journal or the JEBEDV08_XMLP module: Belgian VAT Purchases Journal,
the period start and end dates in the outputs Header sections are wrong.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

As example: Running BE VAT report  for period 11-11, in the log files from the Concurrent Requests the start and end date are OK (01-NOV-11 and 30-NOV-11) but
in the outputs it shows 31-Oct-2011 and 29-Nov-2011, i.e. one day off.
