Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
R12-PIM: Excel Import And API Call, To Create New Items, Are Not Populating a Few Columns On NIR Page

On the New Item Request (NIR) Summary page, the fields Assigned To, Priority, Requestor, and Need by Date are not displayed when the new Item is created via Import from Excel and API call.
The same are displayed when item is created manually.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect details to be populated whether the NIR is created from the User Interface (UI), Excel Import, or the API.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Development Manager > Import from excel
2. Enter all the details
3. Click on Oracle upload > Provide the new item request details
4. Submit
5. Query the NIR created.
