Symptoms
Submit Financial Statement Generator reports using the functionality of Financial Report Submission in Report Manager 11i, the HTML icon remains disabled even after the FO generator program has completed normal. Patch 8676080 - HTML ICON IS DISABLED EVEN IF FO GENERATOR PROGRAM IS COMPLETED NORMAL - was applied but it did not solve the issue.
