Symptoms

In the PAXTRAPE Expenditure Inquiry form version 12.0.133.12010000.31 drilling down to the Record History on some expenditure encounters error:

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1403 in fdxwho

Cause: fdexwho failed due to ORA-01403: no data found
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was" and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.
