Comments And Updates In Objectives Missing After Manager Transfer Scorecards To Employee (Doc ID 1458408.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Administration

An employee sends objectives to the manager for approval. The manager approves, and then updates the same objective to add comments. When the manager transfers back to the employee, the employee cannot see the manager's comments. The comments appear to have been lost during the transfer

Employee should be able to view Manager comments

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Publish the Performance management plan with objective setting period enabled

2) Go to Employee self service and create objective and send it for Manager Approval

3) Go to Manager self service and click on Review worker changes of the plan

4) Select the employee and click on Request further action

5) Enter your message in the box and submit

6) Go to Employee self service and click on the notification received requesting more information Employee not able to find the Message/comments entered during the process
