Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Assignment,Term,Pay,ChgMgr,LOA
Approved absences remain at 'Work in Progress' status under the Absence Summary.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login > Emp SSHR > Create Absence
2. Login > Mgr SSHR > Approve absence
3. Login > Emp SSHR > Absence Mgmt > Summary shows absence as 'Work in Progress'
