Install Base Item Search LOV Shows Duplicate Items

When attempting to create an item instance in Install Base UI, the item LOV shows duplicated entries for some items. The duplicated items have types STANDARD and Standard. If one of these items is selected as the item to create an instance of, the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Oracle Install Base Agent User > Item Instances
2. Click Create button
3. Click 'Search' icon for Item and search for a valid item
4. LOV shows duplicate items
5. Select one of the duplicated items and try to create instance - error occurs

Similar behavior is seen in the LOV while searching for existing items using the Simple and Advanced search options
