How to use schedule ship date in Pick Release? (Doc ID 1458941.1)

Last updated on JUNE 08, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Shipping Execution - Version 12.1.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Clarify the usage of schedule ship date 'Start within' and 'End within' day and time in the pick release form.

Questions:
1) If the start within day and time is NULL, does it consider all orders with a scheduled ship date in the past?
2) If Start within = 1 day, time = 00:00:01, does this mean 'greater than or equal to' or just 'greater than'
3) If End within = 1 day, time = 23:59:00, does this mean 'less than or equal to' or just 'less than'
4) If we put Start within day = 1, time = 00:00:01 and end within day = 1, time = 23:59:00, and if pick release runs on Friday, what schedule ship dates does it pick up. Will it look for Monday or no?
