Contact Center: How To Assign A Contact To A Customer Account/Site (Doc ID 1459228.1)

Goal

After creating a Contact using Contact Center, these Contact needs to be assigned to the Customer Account.
In Release 12, the process as defined in Receivables Note 1346852.1 is not acceptable, as user can make mistakes at the time of entering the First and Last names.
