ARXTWMAI Form Personalizations Is Causing Issues When Doing The Customer Search (Doc ID 1459272.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transactions Related

When attempting to perform personalization in Transactions form, Find transactions window
and hide the Taxpayer id values in the Customer name LOV, the Search function in the same Customer name LOV
is not working properly and the following occurs:

1.
Without personalization.

Use 1% as a search criteria and it returns 6 rows
Taxpayer ID column values are populated
 
2.
With personalization enabled.

Use 1% as a search criteria and it returns all rows when
doing search first time (as you enter % and not 1% as a search criteria)
but if you enter 1% again - it returns only 3 rows instead of expected 6
Taxpayer ID column values are not populated.



STEPS
-----------------------
Navigate to Transaction screen in AR and clik Find Flash Light from
the Top and query the Bill to Customer name from the LOV.

It is impacting the business users doing the search and doing the entry in the system.
