When viewing payslip through Self Service - IBAN Number is not showing under payment information details (Doc ID 1459390.1)

On : 12.1.2 version, United Arab Emirates HR


When viewing either the Payslip or Statement of Earnings, after applying patch 13499288, no account details are being provided.

The personal payment method for the employee was updated so that the IBAN Account number is entered, rather than the Bank Account Number.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that the IBAN Account number would be displayed on both the SOE and Payslip.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Patch 13499288.
2. For a chosen employee, ensure their personal payment method has their IBAN account number provided, and remove the original bank account number.
3. Run all payroll processes, so that the Payslip is generated.
4. Review the payslip.
