Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, EIT and SIT
SIT: Despite self-service personalizations to get one segment read only, the field is still editable.
Need to get one segment readonly.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up an SIT with several segments
2. Personalize SSHR to get the last segment readonly : ($RO$)
3. Test the SIT through Employee Self-Service
