Patch 6678700 Failed With java.lang.OutOfMemoryError (Doc ID 1459733.1)

On 12.1.3 version, AUTO UPGRADE ISSUES
when attempting to Apply upgrade driver patch 6678700 it hangs, the workers are in WAIT status.

Attempting to restart the patch and continue from where it stopped resulting in:

No job in manager's jobs_ready list with:
product = fnd username = APPLSYS

The following error is seen in the adworker logs:

Restarting job that failed and was fixed.

1. Apply upgrade driver patch 6678700.
