On : 12.0.5 version, The work orders can be forecasted and implemented using the Maintenance work bench (MWB), however the Generate Preventive Work orders concurrent program does not generate any work orders.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enterprise Asset Management -> Generate Work orders -> Enter the parameter such as date and Asset number
2.review the output
