Retrospective Absence Change is Not shown in Retro Notifications Report (Doc ID 1459804.1)

After having performed a retrospective change on an absence for an employee, find the Retro Notification report (Enhanced) is not picking up any events

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a retrospective change in Absence form
  2. Start Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF (Multiple Languages)
