Symptoms

Customer Support HTML 12.1.3, Update Service Request

When updating a service request(SR) with an inactive contact in the Customer Support HTML (CS HTML) the below error occurs.

Error

API Error:(CS_ServiceRequest_UTIL.Validate_Customer) :The value <> for  parameter p_customer_id is invalid

Steps to Reproduce

(R) Customer Support Specialist

(N) Queued Work Selection

     1. Open a existing service request with inactive customer

     2. Try to make an update by adding note or changing status.

     The error occurs.
